Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
During promotional periods, product launches, public holidays, or peak trading seasons, processing times may be longer. Where significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
While we will assist customers in locating delayed parcels where possible, Elite Hijab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate before completing their order.
Elite Hijab is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.
If your parcel is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping provider.
Any compensation for lost parcels will be assessed in accordance with the shipping provider’s policies and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping Delays
Elite Hijab is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, industrial action, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed should significant delays occur.
