At Elite Hijab, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. We want you to shop with confidence and understand your rights and responsibilities before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, eligible items may be returned within seven days of receiving your order for store credit provided they meet all conditions set out in this policy. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude any consumer guarantees that can’t be excluded by law.
Eligibility for returns and store credit
To qualify for a return for store credit, all the following must be met:

items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains or odors. in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging where possible. Valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items not eligible for return
Unless required by the Australian Consumer Law, the following cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. Sale or clearance items. final sale products. gift cards, headwear worn after delivery, undergarments hygiene sensitive products, products altered after purchase, or items returned outside the seven-day period.
Store Credit
Approved change of mind returns will receive store credit only. Store credit is issued after the item is received and inspected, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be refunded, may be used towards future purchases on our website. will be issued for the purchase price of the approved returned item, excluding original shipping charges, unless required by law.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Where an item qualifies, store credit may be issued instead of exchanging the product. Store credit allows you to select another size, color, or style subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Unless a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you’re responsible for return postage costs, packaging costs, any insurance you choose to purchase for the return. We recommend using tracked shipping.
